The Role

The Sales Consultant role is both intense and rewarding. It not only focuses on teamwork and culture, but also, and most importantly, has a strong emphasis on business-to-business sales in the news and social media industries.

As part of the role, you will be speaking to a wide range of companies and organizations – from Universities and local government departments to Fortune 500 companies. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to product demonstrations to bringing clients onboard yourself – getting all of the credit for your hard work!

The role will also help you build valuable business acumen, allowing you to develop very quickly in ways that few other positions offer, learning business by doing business. Historically, successful entry level programs have led to management opportunities within Meltwater, and this Sales Development role is no different – we are looking for people who will be a long term asset to our company!

Salary Structure:

42K Base & 116K OTE. The first three months will be dedicated to learning the product and industry as a Sales Development Representative, before taking on the Consultant responsibilities and quotas.
