Mechanical / Electrical Managers needed to support large & smaller scale projects for the Phoenix / Arizona area.
Ideal Applicant is either a graduate BSME or BSEE degreed individual or someone out of MEP trades with 5-10 years of experience.
The specific job requirements would involve the MEP aspect in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, logistics, subcontractor bidding-solicitation-award, construction oversight, commissioning & closeout Responsible for multiple projects
Clear understanding of milestones and deliverables for each project
Constant communication with the lead manager for each project
Receiving and inputting schedule information from the field
As required, walking the site and assessing progress (confirming data provided by the field)
Preparing a variety of outputs from Primavera (Gantt, Resource, Tabular exports to Spreadsheets) and Spreadsheets
Answering Primavera and general schedule questions from the WT Team
Assist the Director of Scheduling with managing P6 access rights and EPS node development
Mining data from as-built schedule for historical metrics
