Current Need
This position is responsible for leading the operational activities of the Pharma MDM customer operations.  This position has oversight of the 9 associates, ensures that all KPI’s are achieved and partners with regulatory to ensure all state and federal laws are followed.  The MDM Customer Operations manager works closely with stakeholders and business partners to ensure MDM needs are met while ensuring the integrity of Data Governance standards and regulatory rules are met.

Position Description
Responsible for analysis related to the item, vendor and customer masterfiles. Has responsibility for the integrity of the data from point of entry through dissemination. Creates documentation and improves processes that relate to data accuracy. Will manage groups and communicate with internal and external customers on the relevancy of company data. May also recommend and oversee system enhancements that will allow for more accurate and effective data upkeep.


Responsible for the oversight and day to day operations support Pharma customer

  • Responsible for multiple work queues
  • Developing, modifying, and executing MDG policies which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide impact.
  • Socializes and drives data governance policies across wide stakeholder base
  • Solves complex problems with numerous variables.
  • Interacts with multiple stakeholders from USP
  • Strategic partner to supports USP Customer MDM initiatives
  • Leads cross functional organizational projects 

Manage customer needs and how the department processes affect the customer experience.

  • Recommend new processes to streamline and improve customer experience
  • Executes MDM and MDG objectives while serving as a change agent to internal and external stakeholders
  • Socializes and drives data governance policies across wide stakeholder base
  • Leads new business onboarding

Coach, develop and motivate a team of both direct and indirect associates

  • Manages the performance of the associates
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to direct reports
  • Conduct regular 1on1’s & skip level meetings with team

Ensure all established KPI’s are meet on a monthly basis

  • Re-evaluates metrics on a regular basis to ensure they still meet the needs of the business
  • Holds the team and associates accountable to the established KPI’s

Partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, internal and external business partners


Execute functional initiatives to drive the overall strategy



 Minimum Requirements
5+ years data management experience and 2+ years of management experience

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, developing others and business acumen. SAP Experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
  • Must have impeccable follow through skills. 

Advanced degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
