This position reports to the Supply Chain Director of Business Analytics and is responsible for independently establishing and ensuring the ongoing quality of pristine master data across multiple information systems and multiple MaineHealth locations. The Master Data Analyst collaborates with information systems personnel both internally and externally and coordinates and communicates the complex data structure to all Supply Chain leaders.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Knowledge of contemporary business practices acquired through graduation from a four-year college/university or equivalent relevant business experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous database management and data quality analysis experience in healthcare or other critical business systems.
Demonstrated strong data quality analysis and experience with Healthcare information management across multi system environments; Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office essential.
Proven ability to manage complex projects through all phases of development and implementation; working independently to drive productivity and resolve issues.
Ability to reason and think logically, analyze problems and develop technical solutions while responding to changing demands, priorities, procedures and technology.
