What You'll Do
As a Partner Account Executive for ISV Partnerships on BambooHR’s Business Development team, you will fuel customer success by harnessing the combined might of other SMB technology leaders to solve customers’ problems through integrated partner products and getting them listed on the BambooHR Marketplace. Motivated to curate solutions that make a meaningful daily impact in customers’ lives, you will increase integration usage and associated revenue.
Other responsibilities in this position include:
- Respond to incoming Marketplace Partner Applications, providing friendly, clear and helpful information to help potential partners take the next step in the process
- Reach out to high-priority potential Marketplace partners to generate interest in joining the marketplace
- Collaborate with others on the Marketplace, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to understand top customer integration needs
- Clearly communicate integration use cases in order to clarify and accelerate potential partners’ integration development
- Build partner success plans that include go-to-market targets to ensure growing usage and revenue from the partners you have launched
- Execute BambooHR’s go-to-market commitments, securing appropriate help from product marketing, creative, customer marketing, marketing channel managers, and others
- Hold partners accountable to their go-to commitments including accurate payment of referral commissions, successful co-marketing activities, and referrals sent to BambooHR
- Enforce high standards of customer success, product quality, and security throughout the partners experience
- Update marketplace partner listings for accuracy as changes are made to integrations
- Jump in to lead additional marketplace projects, as team needs arise
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B partner, sales, or relevant marketing roles
- Ability to learn new, often technical concepts and processes quickly
- Drive to consistently overcome obstacles in order to achieve your goals
- Clear, persistent, and persuasive communication to get what you need from internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage details with more than 30 partners at a time
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude that lifts team members around you
- Desire to grow from good to great individually, with your team, and with your organization as a whole
What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Clear track record of successfully managing partner in B2B SaaS environments
