Overview

Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the digital presence and advertising efforts to drive prospective residents to the communities and ensure sales targets are met. Maintain employee engagement by coordinating team-building events and learning opportunities for associates and teams as needed. Maintain the mentorship program and cultivate mentors and training communities so that all training and on boarding for new associates and those who transfer to different communities can be coordinated.


Duties & Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Marketing

  • Plans and executes digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and advertising campaigns for the portfolio
  • Creates digital advertising campaigns and assists with ad creation as needed
  • Maintain and optimize social media presence for the communities creating content and planning posts as needed
  • Collaborate with internal associates and agency partners
  • Track and analyze consumer data through lead analytics reports covering SEO paid search and organic traffic. Provide marketing spend and placement recommendations based on the same
  • Play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies for new communities

Training

  • Responsible for strategic planning and execution of training through a mentorship and other methods as needed
  • Develop and update standardized property operating policies and practices for the communities as needed
  • Develop and update training guides for all positions within the division as needed
  • Oversee the training of all current and newly hired associates

Qualifications & Skills

SKILLS/ABILITIES):

  • Genuine ability to engage, motivate and educate associates
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and training best practices within the apartment business
  • Ability to evaluate and enhance marketing and training efforts as needs change
  • Understanding of multifamily marketing trends, lead source performance and social media strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and generate associate buy in

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three to five years experience in digital marketing, apartment operations and training
  • Multifamily property management experience highly preferred

EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience required
