Cooley is seeking a Marketing Systems and Data Manager to join its Marketing team. The Marketing Systems and Data Manager will drive CRM (Salesforce) and related integration projects, as well as manage day-to-day marketing data and systems initiatives. Responsibilities include managing information, initiatives and tools that are designed to support the marketing and business development efforts of the firm, lead administration of the firm's Salesforce instance and develop reports and dashboards to help assess ROI, and those related to client targeting and other business development initiatives. The Marketing Systems and Data Manager will also work collaboratively with the firm's IS department on product reviews, system enhancements and system upgrades, and will mentor and manage a team, including one marketing systems coordinator.
Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of marketing and IT experience in a professional services or law firm environment, certification in Salesforce administration and 3+ years of management/supervisory experience. They will also have a sophisticated technology background with experience in the following areas: managing client relationship management databases; experience database and document generation; high competency in conventional productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred candidates will have a college degree in a marketing or technology field, with advanced degree desired.
