Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Marketing and working closely with the executive teams, this individual will play an integral role in the design and implementation of demand generation campaigns, digital strategy, customer engagement, events, budget management and content development with the support of their direct reports. This person will work closely with global field sales, product, marketing, services, and executive management teams to build, deliver, and report on targeted demand generation efforts. The Sr. Marketing Manager will take an analytical and creative approach to problem solving while communicating Marketing Insights on an ongoing basis to executive management globally. This person must have experience working within cross-functional organizations and directly with sales organizations.


* Manage the global account-based marketing (ABM) program in collaboration with Sales, Product, Services, and Executive Management. Utilize this program to engage Tier 1 accounts with unique, targeted, and strategic messaging

* Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to C-Suite and senior level executives

* Lead, mentor and develop marketing team members to adhere to a high-quality of excellence and work ethic

* Ensure consistent messaging, demand generation and program strategies, product positioning, business development efforts, and key partnerships

* Work closely with the Partner Marketing team members to design, develop and implement the partner marketing plan for North America and Asia-Pacific regions

* Share Enablon's mission and story through "The Sustainable Performance Forum Series," which is the most recognized and market-leading event series in the industry. These events utilize lead generation programs to promote thought leadership, strengthen client relationships, and drive sales goals

* Oversee regional budget, spend priorities, and the measurement of KPIs against the annual marketing plan, including campaign performance metrics, lead generation targets, and marketing ROI

* Hands-on and strategic expertise in marketing automation solutions and event platforms such as Cvent, WordPress, DoubleDutch, Marketo, and Salesforce

* Create the annual event strategy and execution for priority industry events in North America and Asia-Pacific

* Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels

* Lead a team of field marketers and work with Sales, Product, and international marketing leadership to mentor, coach, and set marketing goals on a quarterly basis, implement marketing objectives, and measure success

* Manage all Marketing programs and activities generated in the North America and Asia-Pacific region by conducting quality controls reviews with a board before launch

* Own the project management plan for the full event series globally by ensuring all the key stakeholders, event managers, event vendors, sales teams, and executives are adhering to deadlines and aware of key milestones

* Differentiate Enablon's offerings against the competition; and support sales efforts through content development and deliveryJOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience:
