Responsibilities:

  • Create, track, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels
  • Define and track success metrics for campaigns
  • Work closely with design and content team to develop conversion-focused design creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor competition closely. Identify gaps a.k.a opportunities, and implement strategies to win new clients
  • Be always on the lookout for ways to optimize funnel conversions
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize email drip campaigns
  • Find innovative ways to reach potential customers on a tight budget
  • Execute both organic and paid client acquisition strategies

Qualification & Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in a hands-on marketing role
  • Know your way around Google Analytics and other online marketing tools
  • Comfortable working on organic client acquisition campaigns with small budgets
  • You have a data-driven mindset
  • You are an excellent communicator of ideas - both verbal and written
  • You are curious and empathetic
  • Previous experience in the wealth management industry is a huge plus
