JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Senior Specialist - Generalist will assist in the development of programs and asset strategies to generate product demand and enhance the brand. This role will assist in producing a common voice for external communications requirements across all public relations, social media, and media advertising. The Marketing Senior Specialist - Generalist is also responsible for providing support to the campaign team throughout the execution process. The role will work cross-functionally with marketing functional leads to ensure alignment to overall marketing goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Serve in a generalist role across the broader marketing organization
  • Support priorities across the campaign, content, and digital teams
  • Manage the implementation of and ongoing development for customer communications by segment
  • Manage the media advertising calendar and deliverables with the media agency
  • Work with PR and social media agency to help identify media SMEs and manage overall messaging strategy
  • Manage marcom requests and assignment of projects within the team
  • Own marketing communication to sales and internal calendars

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field
  • EXPERIENCE:5-7 years professional experience working across multiple functions

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of print, web and mobile interface design
  • Knowledge of emerging tools and other capabilities in MarTech
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to support the application of various media and creative tools to address lead generation objectives and obstacles
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate those effectively
  • Proven ability to align marketing strategy and approach
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules
  • Superior negotiation skills when working with key stakeholders
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
