Marketing Operations Specialist
This role will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations team lead and will be an integral contributor to the existing automation team. The Marketing Automaton Specialist, through Marketo, will primarily be responsible for field and events programs, database health, optimizing nurture programs to ensure the highest level of effectiveness, and the dissemination of best practices throughout the department.
Field Marketing and Events: Coordinating with broader regional teams on sales and marketing events. Working with them leveraging Marketo to establish best practices around database management, email and landing page copy, list uploads, and database targeting as it relates to their marketing efforts.
Process and Organization Expertise: Developing detailed project plans (i.e. milestones, work breakdown, and structure) and assigning tasks to ensure that the project will be completed on time and according to specifications.
Emails, Landing Page Management, and Templates: Development and use of Marketo templates, modification via modular designs, integration of content, and coordination with event landing page messaging and sign-up forms.
