The Role

The Marketing Operation Manager is a strategic role for the company - responsible for managing all marketing systems and technology infrastructure. Working cross-functionally to drive Pantheon’s key KPIs - you will manage the marketing systems and data including administering and owning Marketo, managing Salesforce.com for Marketing, managing and implementing other measurement and tracking technology, managing data clean-up and augmentation efforts and supporting team members in measuring campaign effectiveness.

Cool Stuff You'll Do

  • Own the systems that allow marketing to report on the performance of programs from inception to impact on the bottom line
  • Administer Marketo including email execution, webinar management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, lead processing, token management and personalization, integration with Salesforce, integrations and maintenance of Launchpoint apps
  • Create reports, dashboards for measuring marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Support business processes for marketing, channel sales, and sales development teams
  • Manage and update lead processes for across sales and marketing funnel
  • Collaborate with the product team to track and measure freemium services

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation or demand generation
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing operations
  • Proven experience as the primary power user/owner of marketing automation
  • Marketo program and smart campaign ninja
  • Experience creating Salesforce.comreports, dashboards
  • Experience managing Marketo’s Salesforce integration
  • Experience using business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, etc), Google Analytics, AdRoll, Simply Measured, etc
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Bonus Points for

  • Experience with HTML/CSS editing
  • Experience working at a SaaS company
  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • Salesforce certified administrator
  • Familiarity with Asana, Drupal, Wordpress, Instapage, Wistia, Intercom
  • SQL literacy
  • Advanced excel user
