As our first Marketing Operations Manager, this person will ideate, optimize and execute on the processes and underlying technologies for a sizable and incredibly fast growing inbound marketing strategy! You will drive analytics, insights and optimization across the entire marketing funnel allowing our business to continue to scale at great heights. The Marketing Operations Manager will work alongside product marketing to drive engagement within our prospect and existing user base via email and conversational marketing. This person will also collaborate with other key departments to gain a deep expertise on our expansive customer base.

Responsibilities include:

    • Build processes to optimize prioritization of leads and lead segmentation
    • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure a smooth handoff of leads from marketing to sales
    • Lead all marketing reporting across channels and drive new insights across campaigns
    • Execute on marketing campaigns across email and conversational marketing
    • Ensure data consistency across all marketing analytics platforms
    • Maintain integrity of growing customer database
    • Assist demand team in the optimization of campaigns through A/B testing and other tools


    • 3-4+ years of experience in a marketing operations capacity at a SaaS company
    • Extensive experience and comfortable manipulating marketing automation software (preferred Hubspot exp)
    • Analytical thinker with a detailed oriented mindset
    • Incredibly process oriented and organized
