This position is responsible for managing and quantifying key marketing investments under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Marketing Operations. The projects will vary, but the function of the role will center on operations, budgeting and analysis. The position will entail extensive financial analysis, various ad hoc reporting, and upkeep of key data and tracking systems.
Work with marketing leadership to compile, track, and correlate the national marketing fiscal year budget.
Prepare analysis and reporting leveraged for upcoming fiscal year planning process.
Throughout the year, maintain and model forecasts based on discussions with leadership and others and communicate across multiple groups.
Prepare monthly reports and review actuals with marketing budget owners. Consolidate variance and be able to convey variances to CMO, Head of Operations and national finance every month.
Research and resolve unknown actuals or missing invoices.
Work closely with People and Culture to ensure accurate headcount changes and reporting.
Prepare responses to questions related to budget.
Prepare monthly summary reports based on final monthly budget actuals and forecast and distribute to CMO and Head of Marketing Operations.
Work closely with all marketing budget owners to have awareness of potential spend and timing of spend.
Develop budget process best practices that will allow for more efficient and effective management of the national marketing budget. Develop and conduct training when needed.
Keep up to date headcount analysis.
Prepare year over year trend analysis.
Prepare ad hoc budget analysis and reports when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Experience in professional services industry preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Power BI). SharePoint skills a plus.
