About the role:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a highly analytical, data-driven individual that ensures best practices in Marketing Automation, Funnel Strategy, Reporting, and Database management are always in place. You will be extremely hands on and able to solve complicated problems with minimal guidance and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end support and execution of demand generation programs within Marketo and SFDC including (but not limited to)

    • Email Campaigns

    • Nurture Programs

    • Lead Scoring

    • List Uploads

    • Lead Routing

    • Etc.

  • Implementation and maintenance of database cleanliness strategies

  • Reporting and analysis of Demand Gen programs using tools such as Marketo, SFDC, and Domo

  • Driving cross-departmental, systems related Marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations or Technology

  • 3+ years of experience working in Marketo (Across the board experience including Campaign Execution)

  • 2+ years of experience working in SFDC (Experience with Reports, Campaigns, and Lead Routing are a plus)

  • 1+ years of experience working with HTML/CSS/Javascript

  • Love Puzzles - Ability to troubleshoot

  • Quick Thinker - Able to perform damage control on a moment’s notice

  • Cross-Functional and Jack of All Trades - You will wear multiple hats in this role and will be working cross-functionally with teams in SF, BC, and TX.

  • Calm - You will be engaged in many high-intensity situations with close deadlines. Comfortable with priority changes and context switching

  • Team Player - Teamwork, leadership, very good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Independent - Work under minimal supervision and self-motivation
