Develop and implement processes, tools and initiatives that support and improve the operations of the marketing operating system.


Responsible for leading significant LOB material requirement gathering and production, including compliance, regulatory and accessibility standards oversight. In addition to overseeing the production of materials, the Marketing Ops managers oversee material production end to end processes and tools that streamline workflows and output.


Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives that support territory markets nationally across segments. Drive B2B Speakers series initiative nationally across segment. Support annual planning, playbook development and implementation. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to support key initiatives.

Fundamental Components:


Collaborates across multiple functional areas to coordinate strategic direction, manage and execute all program components.


Serves as initial point of contact for all aligned client projects.


Makes recommendations and advises clients on options and capabilities utilizing marketing best practices and subject matter-specific knowledge.


Makes recommendations for ongoing process and tool enhancements and development regarding workflow, schedules, capacity and resources.


Ensures a user friendly, customer-centric experience.


Background Experience:

7+ years experience in marketing or related field.

Experience working with agency/marketing project management/automation.

Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.

Excellent attention to detail.

Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
