  • Provide a strong design sense, including knowing the latest modern web design trends and best practices and how to execute compelling visual user experiences.
  • Own and drive our web marketing strategy for our websites – Global, FR, DE, and ES + any additional language sites we may add
  • Own and maintain a prioritized roadmap of all strategic and tactical site enhancements and host weekly team meetings to review progress and status with key stakeholders
  • Work with Demand Generation teams (Field Marketing and Integrated Marketing) to optimize the site for lead generation and e-commerce conversion (Conversions, Trials, eCommerce)
  • Project Management: Drive strategy, management, and execution of web and conversion optimization efforts from conception to completion. Work across Marketing, Design and Development teams to build webpages and conversion assets, manage CMS and own performance goals.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Measure, evaluate and report on all aspects of web performance including experiments, metrics, timelines, and outcomes. Recommend, implement and optimize testing and web optimization tools and technologies.
  • Content Development: Work with design, copy and content teams to create compelling web content for growth, demand generation, sales, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Coordination with Content and SEO: Partner with the content and SEO team to hone in on the right content strategy for our target personas and execute on that strategy.
  • Strategic Initiatives: As needed, pick up and drive other strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with content creators to develop data-driven paths that match visitors with personalized, compelling and relevant experiences at all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Develop a strategy that supports our global websites by crafting a localization strategy with key stakeholders
  • Be a subject matter expert on website user experience including information architecture, functionality, experimentation, personalization, interaction design, conversion optimization, and technical site performance
  • Partner with external developers and the Senior Creative Leader to ensure consistent brand experience across all customer/prospect engagement points
  • Ensure ongoing security compliance, etc. GDPR


  • An experienced web digital marketing leader with a track record of delivering website experiences that provide exceptional user experiences, engagement, and ultimately conversions
  • 5+ years of corporate website management, front-end development, website auditing and conversion rate optimization experience.
  • Strong understanding of UX, design, analytics testing and information architecture.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledgeable regarding marketing and sales funnel, customer journeys, personas, messaging and positioning.
  • Technical expertise on relevant tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, Optimizely, Demandbase, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and foundational knowledge of marketing automation integrations with website platforms.
  • Extremely well organized, detail-oriented and process-driven with a positive and proactive attitude; able to identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency and accelerate the pace of web sprint releases.
  • A track record of creating and building a flawless experience with an intuitive, user-centric website
  • Expertise in website user experience strategy and implementation including information architecture, functionality, and interaction design
  • Accountable and service-minded, with maturity and respect for colleagues
  • Demonstrable skills in strategic planning, project management, and execution
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to take analyzed data to drive strategic decisions

  • Understanding of trial, eCommerce, and demand generation
  • BA/BS required with a marketing or technology background preferred
