As a Marketing Manager, You'll develop compelling marketing plans and bring them to life, then measure results and translate insights to action. You'll partner with Corporate Marketing and manage external vendors to make sure we have the correct resources to achieve goals.

About you: You are a collaborative, result-driven marketer, excited by data and eager to contribute and grow. You think about strategy, but work well with details, too. You're a self-starter who's isn't put off by ambiguity. Finally, you are analytical and enjoy using data to tell a story.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demand generation – Develop and launch strategic integrated digital campaigns (SEM, display, paid social) that cut through clutter to drive pipeline and support revenue goals. Identify and test channels, creative, and messaging.
Marketing analytics— Use HubSpot and Google Analytics to dive deep into business and marketing results, understand drivers, recommend changes, and identify marketing and product opportunities. Identify, recommend, and implement process and campaign improvements.
Campaign content strategy — Manage campaign content to provide value to prospects and customers, driving inbound marketing. Use content to fill the funnel.
Project management — Manage and coordinate kickoffs and timeline, determine project or production issues, provide guidance, and identify potential solutions to minimize campaign delays.
Team collaboration — Work with other members of the team and company to foster a collaborative culture and resolve issues in a timely manner. Help mitigate conflict, balance bottlenecks, and keep work running smoothly.
Required Skills and Experience:
Credentials: BA/BS degree required
