ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create marketing plans for the service line that support business development, recruiting, and brand awareness objectives
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for recruiting and business development
  • Develop and provide creative direction for marketing content, including, but not limited to, presentations, webpages, editorial, case studies, whitepapers, advertisements, etc.
  • Manage the Sound brand by developing messaging and ensuring consistency across channels
  • Manage national conference exhibits for Sound
  • Support, educate, and foster engagement across all internal stakeholders on best practices for tracking, managing, and nurturing leads
  • Forecast, plan, and manage expenses associated with marketing campaigns
  • Track, optimize, and report on key performance metrics for marketing activities

 SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including various platforms and tactics
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity using qualitative and quantitative data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline

Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare or agency role

SPECIAL JOB OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Indoor office environment
  • Flight travel: 2-5 times per year
