Your role at Sephora:

As a Marketing Manager, Social Media, you will be managing development and execution of content for Sephora's social channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Social Media, you will ensure our social programs deliver on the overarching social media strategy. In addition, you will:

  • Manage the planning, development and execution of programs for Sephora's social channels including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
  • Manage Social Marketing priorities working with various cross functional teams including Content and Campaigns, Brand Marketing, Promotions, Innovation, Sephora initiatives, etc., thinking through strategy and channel execution, while managing Creative and Marketing feedback
  • Be a strategic thought partner in Social Media to cross functional teams
  • Inform strategies to test new social channels and product features where relevant
  • Create hindsight Social Media reporting to key stakeholders; articulate insights, trends, key learnings
  • Partner with Sephora Legal and outside counsel to ensure compliance in accordance with Sephora legal policies

We're excited about you if you have:

  • 4+ years of Social Media Marketing experience (Manager level). Experience in
  • consumer lifestyle, retail or beauty experience is a plus
  • Proficient in relevant social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube as well as emerging channels
  • Agency experience, or equivalent experience working brand/client side in a highly cross-functional or matrixed organization with a high degree of collaboration and process-driven environment
  • Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing Social Media landscape and given scope of work as needed for the business
  • A creative disposition; able to partner with Creative and Production teams and speak the same language
  • Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment
  • Must have a voracious appetite and passion for Social Media
