Responsible for managing the marketing support team. Assigns staff to the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, and production of response to RFPs and RFQs, preparation of interview/presentation materials, design award submittals, photoshoots, and annual client qualifications.
Ensures RFPs and RFQs are of the quality to shortlist and integrated with graphic support. Provides support to project teams throughout the interview process.
Oversees the coordination and editing of all marketing materials to assure quality, consistency, timeliness, and brand adherence.
Ensures the tracking, reporting and coordination of pursuits and marketing support efforts through production of the Marketing Calendar, updating Cosential (contact management software), and the weekly marketing call.
Assists in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget and continually monitors throughout the year.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, architecture or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years relevant marketing experiencerequired. Previous team management experiencerequired.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Cosential or other contact management software required. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshoppreferred.
Extensive proposal preparation experience and strong proofreading skills required.
Knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction, and/or marketing terminology preferred.
