This position will oversee marketing and merchandising plan creation for the website and marketing vehicles, segmentation, personalization and offer strategy for email, product category penetration merchandising plans for website, loyalty relationships in external space to retain customers and increase SOW, production scheduling, weekly promotional build conceptualization and execution, cross-channel relations, test plans for new media, sales forecasts, and presentation of performance results based on sales forecast. These responsibilities will be rolled out across both brands. This position will have 3 direct reports.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiencerequired plus a minimum of 5years experience in related field.
Strong business acumen, with experience in marketing or merchandising strategy development and analysis. Solid understanding of direct response mediums. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong quantitativeorientation and well developed interpretive skill set. Strong understanding of Office Depot systems or indirect contact with essbase, microstrategy, retec, wms. Ability to oversee multiple vendor relationships
Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong interpersonal skills. Sound management and administrative abilities. Strong organizational and developmental skills.
