The Regional Marketing Manager directs marketing strategy for the Washington and Oregon regions to raise awareness and drive demand for Moss Adams in the marketplace. This position consults with practice leadership regarding marketing approach, and works collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues, administrative resources, and client service professionals to execute marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead integrated marketing strategies that support practice growth goals and are aligned to the firm's marketing and brand strategy. Analyze results and direct change to improve success
  • Manage marketing communications to drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, digital marketing, webcasts, email marketing and media relations
  • Guide effective brand messaging across mediums, including website, collateral and proposal content
  • Pursue, negotiate and manage sponsorship, alliance, speaking and event opportunities to create effective sales and marketing opportunities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, helping others better understand and articulate the firm's brand position
  • Develop and oversee practice marketing budget
  • Collaborate with the broader Sales and Marketing Team to support growth and client experience initiatives as well as ensure marketing and sales alignment
  • Serve as the career advisor for assigned marketing personnel, providing coaching and performance management while fostering a collegial and effective team culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing responsibility or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in professional services environment preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
  • Strong ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to direct the work of others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues to internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25%
