Job Summary

This Digital Marketing Manager will report to the CEO & CMO and will be responsible for the strategy, design, development and ongoing optimization of comprehensive, targeted omni-channelmarketingcampaigns. Leading a team of marketers, s/he will be responsible for all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement. In this role, you will ensure that various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of our platform and technology to customers, employees, partners and influencers worldwide. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in global markets, across the full marketing mix and delivering results against new sales/revenue goals. S/he must have proven experience thinking strategically and working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Given the size and growth rate of our company, you must be able to adapt quickly to changes in plans, goals or objectives. Note that this is a player coach role, meaning that while you will be managing others, you are expected to be hands on as part of the team. Design, build and execute strategic global campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate demand for our client with our international target audience. Ensure alignment of campaign strategy with marketing strategy and business priorities

  • Leveraging prospect and customer segmentation, craft, implement, measure and enhance marketing strategies and programs for moving prospects through the purchase process. The strategies must employ a multi-touch approach, integrating channels such as email, direct mail, paid marketingchannels, social media, PR, content, website optimization, partners, influencers and events etc., to engage the target audiences and provide relevant content and messaging at each step of the purchase process
  • Build and motivate a high performing, highly engagedmarketing team focused on having fun and delivering against marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Own the outcomes through effective use of A/B testing, integrated marketingcampaign scorecard and key campaign KPIs
  • Partner extensively with Client Development (Sales) to co-own the pipeline and optimize the conversion process and experience from awareness through to purchase
