Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager position, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, is responsible for leading the development of the marketing strategy for our energy businesses, as well as maintaining awareness and supporting business development with an emphasis on demand generation and new product/market launches. The Marketing Manager supports the Power Distribution, Industrial Specialties and High Voltage Business Units and is responsible for directing, planning, and implementing marketing programs and overseeing the logistics of the marketing efforts with internal staff and external vendors. The Marketing Manager will be a subject matter expert on issues relating to brand(s), effective content, digital and events marketing based on KPI's, etc.

Who are we looking for?
A track record of driving company growth in an international B2B product environment

Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, and a strong focus on details
Track record of building a marketing analytics infrastructure that guides superior decision making and investments.
Experience implementing and utilizing email marketing software and marketing analytics tools.
Experience with media buying and agency management.
Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation software, Data Asset Management System, Product Information Management System, or similar software is a plus.
At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, business, or similar field, including online, digital, and social media marketing.
Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
