Overview

Come join the Small Business Sales Channel Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager driving growth across the Accountant Channel. The primary responsibility of the role is to be a thought partner in driving the design, development, and execution of Go-To-Market strategies for the top 1K US Accountant firms. You will partner closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as with oursegment, channel, and product partners to deliver awesome and drive strong business results.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop winning short and long term strategies
  • Go-to- Market: Develop, design, implement and measure channel go-to-market programs for the top 1K US accounting firms
  • Assist with creating personalized content that engages customers at strategic points along their lifecycle journey with Intuit
  • Program Execution: manage and monitor execution of all marketing programs, working closely with marketing and sales to optimize sales.
  • Leverage insights gained from Accountant Sales teams to turn into viable strategies for top accounting firms
  • Be a strong advocate for sales team experience, and equip the team with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively
  • Connect with sales leaders to understand and communicate the weekly/quarterly/annual results
  • Key storyteller to highlight challenges as well as successes on sales units/dollars and conversion
  • Aid in creating insights that lead to high retention and increased product usage
  • Evangelize and champion channel mission, purpose, and needs internally.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, technology, and/or sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional partnership and driving projects forward
  • Proven track record of innovative problem solving that improves business performance
  • Ability to use data and customer insights to get to marketing and sales specific action plans that drive growth
  • Ability to think end to end and connect how actions impact other key metrics and initiatives
  • Experience using analytic and reporting tools
