The Service Marketing Manager at CDK Global/ELEAD1ONE is responsible for leading, training, and developing strategies to support dealership growth and retention objectives.  This person will work directly with the stores management team to align all marketing channels for client's goals.  This person will be in stores reviewing OEM programs, market research, store process, point of sale presentation, and the usage of both conquest and database lists to grow service market share.  This person needs to be self-motivated and performance driven. Project management is a must-have skillset for this position as this person will be asked to prioritize multiple projects and recurring monthly work to ensure all deadlines are met by their teams.

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Consult with clients and implement solid service retention and growth strategies. 
  • Drive the strategic marketing planning process, collaborating with store, agency, and vendors.
  • Review multi-channel ads plans and assure a consistent message amongst media mix.
  • Regularly finding more efficient and effective processes and methods to produce higher results.
  • Collaborate with production and account management teams on executables.
  • Accountable for the aligning store and OEM strategies as one.
  • Assists with development of situation analysis and opportunity assessment to inform marketing strategy and planning with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with store manager team to ensure adoption of best practices and consistent messaging thru total store process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of marketing and/or automotive fixed operations experience
  • Customer service, customer solutions and/or sales experience.
  • Effective decision making
  • Displays effective interpersonal & communication skills (internal/external)
  • Delivers timely and accurate information to customers & internal business partners both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates understanding of our clients products and services
  • Recognizes and responds to new/additional opportunities at existing customers
  • Ability to Travel
