Opportunity Snapshot

We have an opportunity for a dynamic, drive Event Marketing Manager to join our North America Marketing team. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant contribution to building world-class events programs. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative and dedicated to continually testing, measuring, learning and evolving your events programs. Your objective is to develop event programs which drive engagement with customers and prospects providing opportunities for sales to build their business with new and existing clients. You will also work on developing marketing plans which grow our brand awareness and buzz in strategic locations.

The candidate will coordinate North America events, logistics, and reporting for several verticals. Candidate will also be in charge of the end-to-end campaigns supporting each event and field. Candidates must be passionate about event marketing, a self-starter and have strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills. They will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Training, HR, Operations & Business teams.

The Role

  • Provide logistics support for all events. Tasks include scheduling, vendor management, AV services, catering, editing, content, graphics ideation, and internal communication related to all events
  • Completing reporting for all events you own
  • Project manage campaigns and events for our strategic locationsThe ideal candidate will be both metrics driven, and creative with strong ownership & focus. Candidate will need to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively. This person is able to drive focus and excellence within the programs they own, with their colleagues in marketing and with the sales teams they work with.

The Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 4-7 years event & marketing experience
  • Experience interpreting consumer data and making business recommendations to drive event performance
  • Experience managing a budget and negotiating with vendors
  • Ability to travel 10 – 15 times per year
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe creative suite & social media tools
