Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • B2B Plan:  Lead the development and execution of the B2B Marketing planin alignment with the overall Strategy including but not limited to:
    • Work with internal work stream leads (IT, Finance/Accounting, Legal, & Compliance) to address/resolve any business-related issues
    • Work with Agency and Marketing team to create Sales Enablement (presentations, proposals, datasheets, whitepapers, etc.)
    • Lead Gen campaign creation and execution that includes webinars, email drip campaigns, etc.
    • Incident response plan
    • Budget and PO management
  • Drive Revenue: Create opportunities to drive revenue growth through shorten pipeline cycles and an increased focus on Lead Generation campaigns.  Strengthen the Broker business by focusing on supporting relationships and communicating value differentiation.
  • Create, track, report, and adjust B2B email campaigns
  • Manage tradeshow strategy and execution, owning selection of attendees, show strategy, pre and post event communications and engagement
  • Partner with marketing team and vendors to create, track, and update engaging content that moves prospects through the sales funnel (microsites, landing pages, and collateral)
  • Act strategically and tactically- test, measure, and make recommendations to management to expand, modify, or re-allocate resources
  • Select RFP references that best represent the company in securing new business
  • Manage the B2B process needed to add testimonials and references to our advocacy program
  • Participate in Sales weekly pipeline meetings; keeping the broader teams updated on B2B initiatives and address any issues
  • Actively help plan agenda and participate in monthly Sales/Marketing meetings; identify/address any issues and collaborate on opportunities to drive growth
  • Industry Engagement: Creating a presence and relevance for Equifax in the Employer Benefits industry while identifying strategic connections withinternally and externally to strengthen position with brokers. 
    • Identify opportunities for education and Thought Leadership content - communicate with internal content team to execute.
  • Prioritization: Work with key leaders in the business and Marketing functions to develop and regularly maintain initiatives prioritization.


  • EXPERIENCE:  10+ years in B2B marketing, preferably with a background in consumer fraud and ID protection, security and privacy or employee benefits. Understanding of sales, marketing planning and lead gen tools including Eloqua. 
  • EDUCATION:  Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field required.  
  • EQUIPMENT: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Eloqua, Sales Force
    • Communication Skills:  Excellent written and verbal skills with sensitivity to diversity of audiences including internal and external groups of varying sizes.  Must be capable of simply communicating and documenting the value proposition of product(s) for markets and segments.  Listens carefully and encourages/accepts other points of view.
    • Builds Teamwork:  Develops effective working relationships with peers, managers, and senior management within and across organizational lines. Works effectively and cooperatively with customers and vendors.
    • Adaptability:  Adjusts well to situations (e.g., different management styles, new methods, systems and procedures) and changing priorities within the business and the marketplace.
    • Management of Resources:  Is well organized and focuses on the highest priorities first. Strong project management skills required.
    • Development of People:  Initiates and takes responsibility for own development as well as peers and potentially subordinates.
    • Problem Solving Skills:  Strategic and innovative thinking with ability to develop and understand financial and economic scenarios.
    • Technical Skills:  Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services preferred. Should understand the basic concepts of technology and/or data product development and delivery.
