Calero-MDSL is looking for an experienced demand generation marketer and people manager to create and execute our team's acquisition and nurture programs. To thrive in this role, you'll need a background in developing content plans and sales plays. We need a self-starter who can drive and execute with minimal direction.
Responsibilities include:
- Refine the vision, approach, and capability for digital marketing in partnership with other business owners
- Develop and maintain an effective digital channel strategy, inclusive of paid earned and owned digital channel marketing
- Lead, plan, and execute social strategy to create a cohesive narrative/approach to telling brand stories
- Manage the relationship with our external lead generation teams in Europe and the US
- Promote and run captivating web seminars, focused on increasing demand in the market
- Ensure timely lead routing and follow up with local teams to track success metrics
Education:
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Management experience leading and mentoring a team
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B demand generation
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- A deep understanding of effective channels and tactics for different campaign types
- Proven ability to improve acquisition program performance
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
- Deep knowledge around best practices including guidelines for social and paid media, specifically LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; ensure high quality deliverables
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving and (attention to detail)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – analyze data, translate it into actionable changes
- Strong decision-making background in ambiguous environments with a bias for action
- Proven ability to manage and develop both physical event and online digital marketing programs
This role will manage a small team of direct reports. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing and other members of the Marketing and Sales teams.
