Alfa Laval is looking for a passionate content architect to drive a holistic view and approach in developing an omnichannel content strategy – online and offline -- that creates a curated and connected customer experience. You will be responsible for content research and performing industry analysis while creating governance across different formats. Focuses on supporting inbound marketing and using a data driven mindset to evaluate the value each piece of content adds to the overall business. Ensures a consistent adherence to our brand guidelines and platform. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, review, edit and/or write customer-facing materials to ensure consistent brand voice and the highest quality materials. Additionally, you will
determine which platforms and formats prospects, customers and other stakeholders absorb information according to data and personas.
