To support that mission, we offer the Care Communications division offers the Voalte® Platform, a unified suite of clinical communications technologies, plus additional digital health technologies that provide connectivity for patient monitoring solutions. We partner with our customers during the rollout of these products through a dedicated professional services organization, including clinical and technical experts, that provides clinical design, implementation, and support services. Our goal is optimal communications workflows and efficient technology integration into the hospital so that caregivers have access to actionable data and alerts, wherever they are, so they can keep patients safe accelerate recoveries, and improve the patient experience.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help define and execute a comprehensive strategy for professional service offerings that support our Care Communications and digital health solutions. The Services Marketing Manager will be responsible for upstream and downstream planning and execution of marketing plans to deliver topline growth of both recurring service contracts and professional service engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing professional services in the healthcare and/or software industry.
- Use market research to understand customer needs and requirements, plus assess market dynamics and competitive offerings to develop a differentiated services product offering and value proposition, in conjunction with Product and Services leadership.
- Develop annual marketing strategy and execute selected tactics to drive
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and/or launch plans for service offerings.
- Be an internal subject matter expert and champion for the services product line.
- Drive the services offerings strategy and partner with product marketing peers to ensure synergy, simplicity, and consistency across product categories.
- Create innovative services messaging and positioning that is delivered through sales tools, digital marketing assets, and customer-facing content.
- Lead Sales enablement efforts for the services product line to include product training, providing market updates, and supporting customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a services marketing role for software, medical device, or health IT products.
- Familiar with SaaS, software renewals and licensing agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and internal cross-functional stakeholders, at all levels of the organization.
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel ~15% of the time.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.com.
