The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing demand generation campaigns and go-to-market programs that support sales, marketing, and pipeline objectives. This individual will be responsible for project management and pre/post-analysis of online and digital programs ranging from webinars, nurture, brand and cross sell campaigns.

You must speak knowledgeably and comfortably about our products in front of key executives, end-users and internal stakeholders.


Overall Marketing Programs

  • Strategically plan, manage, execute, and optimize marketing programs such as webinars and online programs to meet quarterly lead, opportunity, and pipeline metrics
  • Ensure programs provide consistent Centrify branding and messaging, and properly educate and inform on Centrify solutions
  • Develop and create product marketing content to support overall marketing efforts for webinars, digital media, and Sales resources
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for marketing program support including timely design and development of HTML emails, import of leads into, routing of leads to sales, creation of graphics, etc.
  • Follow programs through to completion by monitoring follow up of leads and completing post-program ROI analysis
  • Engage proactively with SDR teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing programs, including ensuring timely follow up on MQLs


  • Own the integrated marketing plan for webinars end-to-end (content, campaign set-up, pre & post-event promotion, internal communication, SDR collaboration)
  • Work with marketing and product to identity key webinar topics and manage the webinar content calendar
  • Work with design on creative for collateral, website, emails, banners/social cards, webinar slides, etc
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports to support webinar programs
  • Define segmentation criteria to manage lead lists and contact groups for webinar programs
  • Collaborate with rest of marketing to ensure webinar promotion is cross-channel on paid and organic channels
  • Lead ongoing efforts to measure, analyze, test and optimize webinar efforts

Email Marketing / Nurture

  • Possess an appreciation for and willingness to understand our industry and products and how to effectively reach our prospects and customers through nurture
  • Own and monitor global email calendar to avoid audience overlap/exhaust - work with rest of marketing team to ensure email sends are timely and segmented
  • Liaison with field marketing team to ensure field email marketing is integrated and supported
  • Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with global opt-in laws
  • Provide reporting around campaign and email performance when requested
  • Manage database hygiene and ensure lead lists are uploaded correctly with all required information
  • Work with Sales Operations to identify, troubleshoot, and correct any lead flow and attribution issues between Marketo & Salesforce CRM systems

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years B2B marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Able to converse at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Analytical mindset to identify, isolate and correct underperforming program elements
  • Must be detail oriented, and possess strong organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively with management, marketing colleagues and vendors to accomplish company goals and objectives
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure and with minimal supervision. Candidate must have a high degree of initiative and work with a keen sense of urgency
