Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns and webinars to create marketing qualified leads, to drive sales opportunities and ultimately revenue
  • Partner with content and creative services to craft compelling messaging and build effective content marketing and content syndication campaigns that increase awareness, generate leads and drive conversion
  • Increase customer engagement across multiple channels
  • Maintain alignment with integrated marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are consistent with department and business objectives
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure effective audience targeting, successful campaign launch and optimization, and accurate measurement of campaign performance
  • Create and maintain regular reporting on overall channel performance and individual campaign analytics
  • Research and make recommendations on new channels to drive leads across our core verticals

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • BA/BS preferred
  • B2B marketing experience a plus (fast-paced, startup tech environment)
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong individual contributor and self-starter
  • Highly collaborative
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Understanding of direct marketing KPIs
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Technology experience/awareness with Web analytics (Google Analytics ), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) Marketing Technology (Pardot, HubSpot), Webinar Platforms (GoToWebinar), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
