CMK Select is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to spearhead an Oncology Brand Marketing Support initiative in support of our Northern, NJ area Pharma clients.

The Marketing (Brand) Manager will assist in formulating and reviewing both short and long range plans, goals and objectives for the specific product / product line and will help develop Marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity. The Marketing Manager will utilize a combination of Digital and Traditional Marketing channels.

Core Operational Responsibilities will include:

-Providing day to day operational support to brand team members in the development and implementation of key marketing tactics that supports the operational strategy;

-Managing agencies and suppliers to support day-to-day operations, material development and submission quality;

-Peer to Peer Program Execution (P2P);

-Advertising Agency Tactical Execution;

-Personal and Non-Personal Promotion (NPP), including tactical development and execution;

-Ensuring the appropriate tactical mix of personal and non-personal promotion;

-Leading development and execution of core creative/messaging and marketingcampaign;

-Facilitating tactics through the promotional material review process from a Project Owner perspective;

-Working with cross-functional teams to implement marketing tactics;

-Evaluating and suggesting improvements to marketing materials.

Additional strategic functions may include:

-Consulting with KOLs on brand strategy and market development;

-Analyzing aspects of the brand category business and identify opportunities for marketing strategies for the brand;

-Utilizing customer feedback to form strategic insights;

-Developing professional/commercial marketing strategies and aligning them with the brand’s strategic direction;

-Providing strategic direction to professional agencies to optimize marketing mix;

-Leading Multi-Channel Marketing Initiatives for the portfolio.

The Senior Associate will be expected to demonstrate their US Operational Marketing experience (with a focus on Product/Brand Management), marketing acumen and business aptitude. The Senior Associate role requires a high degree of customer focus, outstanding level of drive and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Various therapeutic areas will be considered, however Oncology experience preferred.
