Position Overview

Verra Mobility’s Mesa office is hiring a Consumer Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing campaigns for products and services in our Commercial Services business unit. This individual will play an integral role in the overall direction and fruition of creative ideas, benchmarking performance of all campaigns, effectively utilizing marketing analytics and ultimately driving the initiatives responsible for attracting potential customers as well as retaining existing ones. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy creating impact and having deep involvement in consumer marketing projects.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, convert and drive adoption and referrals
  • Manage website activity and development
  • Establish and generate regular reports
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive adoption
  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
  • Manage projects with internal team members and external agency partners
  • Generate Content - copy development, writing and editing with the ability to craft branded stories
  • Strategic campaign development and calendar management
  • Campaign optimization via marketing campaign test practices
  • Paid media management (traditional and digital)
  • Creating and deploying internal business unit communications
  • Assist in the creation of sales and reporting presentations
  • Managing development and updating personas
  • Digital sentiment management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Marketing / Business or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2C (business-to-consumer) digital marketing and advertising required
  • Campaign and project management with regular reporting
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Demonstrable success with email marketing, lead generation and SEO geared toward customer acquisition
  • Advanced knowledge and practice of Marketing Automation with the goals of audience development, lead nurture and conversions
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
