Position Overview
The marketing campaign manager will create and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns for the company’s variety of products and services internally and externally. Campaigns will reflect go-to-market strategies for new investor acquisition and lead generation, brand development and employee engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
• Actively maintain campaign calendar and ensure stakeholders are informed and considered including but not limited to product management, sales channels, public relations, investor relations, operations, and finance
• Develop and implement multichannel marketing plans in concert with divisional and corporate partners
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing services vendors to develop marketing materials for all channel applications
• Manage budgeting and forecasting development process, vendor negotiation, and ongoing monthly budget oversight
• Evaluate marketing programs and campaigns across multiple criteria including relevant response rates, RoI analysis, qualitative key learnings, and overall results
• Collaborate with other marketing managers to drive market research needed to assist in strategic planning, goal setting and results tracking
• Serve as liaison to marketing teams to ensure each group is properly aligned to deliver marketing programs consistent with marketing objectives, desired marketing mix and segmentation and targeting
• Maintain brand standards and oversee creative approvals for all marketing materials
• Lead, develop, and motivate staff
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business administration.
• 3- 5 years of product / brand marketing experience
• Experience with multichannel marketing
• Campaign experience
• Highly creative and adroit at balancing both traditional marketing tactics alongside of emerging new media tactics
• Demonstrable success in strategic marketing disciplines
• Ability to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously and react flexibly to changes that may occur
• A bias towards a collaborative work culture with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a team setting
• Highly accountable for commitments; results-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
