Responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing strategies to help grow the Individual and Small Group business.

Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

• Works closely with acquisition director to grow business, including brand and direct response campaigns and key market strategies.
• Builds and executes Omni-channel, acquisition marketing plans; ensures alignment with the organization's strategic business goals and are measurable.
• Integrates information from multiple sources to form a complete picture of customers' markets and growth opportunities.
• Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
• Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
• Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans. Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
• Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Managed care experience preferred.
• Acquisition and Digital marketing experience preferred
• For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
