Major B2B manufacturer is looking for a talented and dedicated Marketing Director to join the team at their Headquarters.

This is a very strong and growing mid-sized company with distribution throughout the United states, and Internationally.

This is a Marketing leadership role where you have the opportunity to make a difference and see your strategies and innovative growth ideas come to life. You will be the decision maker and leader of all marketing efforts and channel activities in this highly visible role which reports directly to the President.

New Product Development Processes

?       Ideation & Discovery: institute a process for understanding end user needs and funneling ideas into an innovation funnel

?       Roadmap: manage the multi-year planning of product and program launches

?       Pipeline: manage and prioritize the pipeline and stage gate processes

?       Project Management: lead a project management team for professional

       execution

 

Product Category Direction

?       Manage product category directors and their growth initiatives which could  include; pricing, promotions, positioning, rationalization, sales assistance,

       MOL and planning

 

Marketing Strategy

?       Develop and implement a strategic and tactical marketing plan

?       Channel development through a network of B2B distribution

?       End use market strategies

 

Marketing Communications

?       Inbound

 Website, videos, content marketing, blogs, events, SEO, analytics, social media, etc.

?       Outbound

  Channel communications: email, direct mail, advertising, trade shows, etc.

  CRM: utilization of SFDC, Pardot and database mining

 

Managerial Responsibilities

?     People: Project Management, Category Directors and Marketing Communications

?     Build and lead the team that is needed to succeed

?     SMART Goals, performance alignment system, budgeting, expense management, coaching

 

Education / Experience and Characteristics

?       Bachelor or advanced degree in marketing, business or related area

?       10+ years in marketing positions with a knowledge of marketing processes

?       Brings proactive ideas to grow the business and makes a difference
