Responsible for leading a team of inbound and outbound marketing development specialists who engage prospects to create "sales ready" opportunities for field and inside account executives. Works with sales and marketing organizations to provide the team with tools and training so they can develop connections with prospects and engage in dialogue about needs, solutions and buying authority to qualify opportunities for the sales team. This position also works with marketing and sales leadership to help define and schedule marketing campaigns and help their team effectively leverage targeted messaging based upon specific customer needs, priorities and personas.
