Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for leading sales enabling marketing efforts for Wealth Management in the "Financial Advisor Network" channel (FAN). This channel marketing expert collaborates with sales to understand their needs and incorporates lessons learned and best practices to guide marketing strategies designed to optimize Wealth Management's potential in the channel (with firms and advisors).

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure brand adherence and quality assurance

- Participate in the identification of marketing process improvement opportunities

- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external experiences to inform/improve efforts

- Analyze data to help define solutions and examine alternate options

- Solve complex problems; incorporates a new, broad perspective using existing solutions while remaining flexible for fresh approaches

- Development of "Marketing campaigns" including Content and Thought Leadership strategy

- Liaison with events team on hosted events

- Develop/implement disciplined marketing measurement to help inform on-going improvements and optimization

- Partner with Sales, Product, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advisor Experience and across the enterprise to ensure the holistic external advisor channel marketing plan" will properly leverage all elements to foster behavior change and deliver desired business results.

This includes providing insights and channel strategy into integrated marketing platforms such as:

  • Public relations
  • Trade advertising messaging (creative and media)
  • Ensuring website delivers compelling experience that delivers on advisor needs and supports a multi-touch engagement approach
  • Digital and social media

Ownership of strategy and execution for:

  • Annuity product marketing through third-party distribution platforms
  • Advisor lead generation and relationship nurturing (traditional and digital marketing)
  • Partner rollout & campaigns to support engagement strategy articulated by sales
  • Selling system evolution and build
    Value add programs
  • Webinars

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Sensibility to three-tier distribution and the discipline needed for effective and efficient B2B marketing
  • Builds effective relationships throughout the organization and with external partners
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking capabilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong strategic thinker, with an ability to create a longer-term, distinctive strategic vision that incorporates key business objectives and drives impact
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to gain group/team consensus/agreement while leading cross-functional team meetings
