With an in-depth understanding of the evolving communications landscape, the Marketing Communications Specialist IV is responsible for developing and driving an internal communications strategy --in alignment with Global Lifecycle Management (GLM) business and operational strategies, as well as external efforts--to inform, motivate and connect employees across a rapidly scaling organization. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with global business leaders and executives to identify needs, objectives and strategies for effective and meaningful communications, including scripts, speeches, and presentations
  • Support leadership on issues and change management projects
  • Lead the development of communication toolkits that help enable the organization to communicate more effectively and efficiently
  • Lead the development and execution of global internal communications activities including high-quality written, video and audio collateral
  • Plans, implements and develops communication strategy ideas and projects for business groups
  • Determines and uses the most effective communication channels to reach intended audience
  • Develop effective and clear communications and deliver via multiple channels including newsletter, intranet, email, etc.
  • Manage GLM intranet and internal team sites

  • Typically 10+ years with bachelor's or equivalent or 8+ years with master's
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • General experience in SharePoint design, site improvement and analytics
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or closely related field of study or equivalent experience
