*** Direct strategy formation, planning processes, implementation, and evaluation of marketing communications, digital communications plans, media relations, and advertising for promotional initiatives and brand management.
*** Ensure complete marketing communications plans are developed and implemented in a timely manner within budget and according to business objectives.
*** Provide leadership for the development and execution of multi-channel, fully integrated marketing communications plan inclusive of traditional media, digital communications, salessupport materials, social media and more.
***Support product positioning messages by overseeing development of materials and creative elements by advertising agency.
*** Provide oversight of paid media plans including traditional media of radio, TV and print advertising.
*** Leverage e-platforms and digital interactivity to deliver communications supporting assigned product responsibilities, including internal websites, email, ag-related web sites, search engines, etc.
*** Utilize public relations to augment paid media advertising and othermarketing communications disciplines in a very cost-efficient manner by leveraging integrated PR and paid advertising combinations.
