Job Description

DMS is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of strategy development, as well as the ability to tactically execute. He/she should be forward-thinking, agile, flexible and able to anticipate future trends to ensure success of our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess the knowledge, skills, and proven experience in developing and managing successful branding campaigns, SEO, multimedia and social media strategies.

Responsibilities

Define branding objectives that align with DMS corporate goals and identify needs, opportunities and challenges for execution
Develop a strategic communication plan through analysis of current market data and trends to meet DMS branding objectives
Develop metrics to measure and monitor success of DMS strategic marketing plans
Make positioning recommendations to enhance branding of DMS products and services
Lead and assist with the development of DMS social media content strategies – media content, editorial plans and realistic timetables – to help grow corporate business through a variety of online and social channels
Coordinate and create the designs of promotional materials and promote marketing copies for our website
Employ technologies and methodologies in graphic design, multimedia design, video production and content management
Design and craft regular newsletters with company updates
