As the Marketing Campaigns Manager at Simple, you will help support the planning and implementation of a variety of acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns and tactics. You will lead the charge on organizing the necessary details to bring campaign strategies to life. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams including domain experts in Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Customer Relations, and Product to constantly improve how Simple brings multi-channel campaigns to market.

You are experienced with building successful consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in SaaS and Mobile Marketing or at a top innovative brand or agency.
What You'll Do All Day:
Develop project briefs, timelines, and support all logistics surrounding integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing as needed.
Support team members in Lifecycle Marketing, Public Relations, Brand and Content, and Digital Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution, on-time launches.
Participate in regular Marketing and Product team meetings to update stakeholders on existing campaigns and roll out new campaigns.
Closely monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including conversion rates and campaign costs.
Manage print collateral inventory & print runs, as needed, for corporate marketing materials.
Provide pre-event planning & support for future investments in shows & events, including preparing event orders, literature, SWAG, shipping and ensuring on-time delivery of materials.
We'd Like To See:
5-7 years of direct marketing experience with a strong focus on project management
Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
Proven experience in managing project budgets and timelines
Ability to learn complex systems and tools
Mastery of verbal, written and presentation skills to lead meetings and manage workflow
Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas
Personable and flexible with demands and changes in an extremely fast-moving business environment
Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a highly cross-functional team
