Responsible for developing, managing and executing demand generation marketing programs for a market-leading dental practice management software company. Our marketing campaign managers create integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness and drive pipeline growth/revenue for Henry Schein Practices Solutions products and services. This position will work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales to define marketing strategy and campaign plan including: audience, key messages, deliverables, offers and target metrics. Campaign marketing manager will be responsible for content creation and managing the production of campaign deliverables. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Creates and delivers integrated campaign strategy for assigned product group or business unit. Develops, manages and executes integrated marketing programs for assigned product group or business unit to generate awareness and effective lead generation.
Creates and manages the development of content required for campaign deliverables (white papers, success stories, Web pages, advertisements, presentations, invitations, direct mail, etc.) through internal and/or agency resources. Follows, maintains and contributes to marketing best practices in the planning, management and execution of campaign activities and deliverables. Captures, measures and analyzes results from lead generation activities and programs to evaluate effectiveness and ROI. Manages campaign marketing budget following established finance process guidelines. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. Experience: Minimum 4 years of campaign marketing and/or lead generation experience in the software and services industry. Proven track record of directly building, managing and executing integrated marketing programs to generate/nurture leads.
Skilled at working with and leading cross-functional teams including: Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Communications Services, Electronic Marketing, Telesales and Sales.
Strong project management and planning skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously with seamless execution. Clear understanding of ROI analysis with proven ability to track campaigns and lead generation activities, analyze results and recommend changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Passion for creating high-quality materials and outstanding results. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) a must. Other: Bachelor's degree preferred Full-Time Benefits Available:
