The Marketing Manager for Brand is responsible for three areas of brand management:

  1. Driving global brand compliance
  2. Developing, implementing, measuring and optimizing campaigns to drive awareness of and demand for the Insight brand
  3. Gaining familiarity with the creative process and contributing creative direction for brand-related assets from our design and video teams

What you need to do to be successful:

  • Partner with our external brand management agency on projects related to brand compliance and brand-building
  • Ensure that all brand foundational elements (brand guidelines, messaging playbook, naming conventions, etc.) evolve in lock-step with the organization's strategy and receive routine comprehensive updates
  • Ensure global participation in all matters related to brand through co-creation and strong and frequent communication with global marketing leadership
  • Collaborate with our solution area leaders and campaign managers to develop and reinforce the Insight brand within each solution area
  • Oversee development and execution on brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand generation for solution areas, resulting in measurable improvements in company performance (revenue, gross profit and client retention)
  • Analyze data to come up with targeted segments and tactics for consistent targeted marketing communication
  • Conduct multivariate testing, analyze and report results, then build business cases with recommended improvements and execute on them
  • Analyze client and lead behavior to become the subject matter expert about which combination of channels, messages, creative, delivery methods and timing work best
  • Provide strategic and planning support of marketing activities as well as prepares materials for presentations
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver marketing activities
  • Participate as an active member of the manager/leadership team for the entire department

What you bring to Insight:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, strategic marketing campaigns, client experience, or combination of education and experience; B2B experience preferred
  • Experience in managing teams and multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity and skill
  • Should be able to effectively communicate to all constituencies and levels in written and verbal formats
  • Must be a team player and a servant leader who can roll up their sleeves and do the work alongside the brand team
  • Some travel required
  • Involved with all organizations globally throughout the company

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational agility
  • Strong understanding of brand management, technology industry, customer base and key industry triggers for scale, demand generation and customer engagement.
  • Programmatic skills in working in a matrix environment with PM, partners, marketing stakeholders, global teams and key sales leaders
  • Ability to drive results, know the numbers and programs and report same regularly with confidence
  • Proactive communication and engagement around key programs and deliverables
  • Follow-up and accountability drivers around sales engagement and ability to engage and conduct ROI discussions (for example, where pipeline build or campaign follow-up is not optimized) this role is key in highlighting and driving remediation discussions.
