Marketing Automation Manager

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:
- Experience sending mass emails to customers and prospects
- Experience using Pardot
- Possess HTML and CSS email creation skills
- Able to create lead generation forms
- Have participated in website testing & optimization
- Willing to learn new technologies and skills
- Experience building and maintaining marketing automation workflows and defining and reporting on campaign performance
- Experience creating marketing automation campaigns to mine the current Pardot database and to nurture leads generated from new sources
- Eager to own email data management including segmentation, lead list management/upload and lead qualification processes
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Able to deliver regular campaign results reports, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Able to establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence to help sales prioritize activities
- Able to work with Opps to ensure proper flow of MQLs to SQLs from Pardot to Salesforce.
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of integrating with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, commercial privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), and webinar platform management
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
