Position Description:
The Marketing and Community Outreach Manager – Integration Team position is an essential position to help coordinate and manage all marketing and community outreach objectives for designated areas of responsibility. This position is responsible for working with internal lines of business to ensure projects are completed on time, and that the quality of items produced are to the MidFirst standard. In addition, this position is responsible for representing MidFirst Bank in the community through various community outreach and bank related initiatives.

This position reports to the Senior Integration Marketing Manager and collaborates with all members of the Marketing department.

Additional Job Objectives:
Project Management
o Create and manage marketing project time lines for designated areas of responsibility
o Ensure all elements of projects are submitted to Marketing on time and completed on deadline
o Ensure projects meet brand standards and support the business unit’s objectives while being completed correctly and efficiently
o Work with designated lines of business to develop marketing strategies, define tactics, and create and manage marketing plans
o Ensure specifications and content information is complete, compliant and accurate

o Manage and approve all Fund raising Van events in multiple markets
o Manage event logistics and serve as liaison between the Marketing Integration department, external host organizations and internal business lines
o Coordinate van logistics; including staffing, maintenance, security and operations
o Manage on-site events as needed
o Manage all fund raising activities including, but not limited to charitable giving tracking, other online giving opportunities, invoicing and funds distribution

Campaign/Promotion Management
o Coordinate all elements of campaigns, promotions and business unit support to ensure all aspects are completed, consistent and on-time
o Create and maintain processes and planning spreadsheets to identify and manage campaign, promotion and/or business unit support planning
o Promotion and campaign tracking/reporting – track and report results to management and represented lines of business

Advertising agency coordination – work with the advertising agency when necessary, coordinate and provide feedback on projects
Collateral review – review project collateral items to ensure accuracy and consistency Additionally review items to ensure they are clear, easy to understand, and non-deceptive
Marketing planning – guide the marketing planning process for lines of business
Additional responsibilities and events as needed
Travel up to 20% may be required to work with markets, manager and designated lines of business

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Community Relations, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing, community relations, sales, or event related experience is required
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and projects
