  • Successfully manage the global vertical market development of automated adhesive dispensing for the aerospace market, positioning Nordson Sealant Equipment as the global leader in aerospace adhesive dispensing. The role will lead the strategic direction and execution of the aerospace strategy globally, coordinating strategy-to-action plans and communication effectively within North America and the international regions.
  • Key deliverables will include setting priorities within the strategy, based on market segmentation data and voice of the customer feedback, to accelerate the penetration into the market while optimizing the resource efforts for NSE. The successful candidate will have regular interactions with customers, integrators, and material suppliers building preferred supplier relationships and translating current and future requirements of the market into the impact on the strategy and the product line.
